Hi! I'm Saimaa...

Pronounced: SIGH-MA.

For 20 years, I’ve supported thousands of people, from everyday women and men to high performers, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern science and working in harmony with our natural intelligence.

My work is shaped by lived experience, two decades of clinical practice, and a lifelong curiosity about the human condition - how we think, feel, and show up in the world.

I’m based in my adopted hometown of Forster, New South Wales, where I live with my two children, handcraft natural remedies, and consult locally and online with people around the world.

I honour the spirit of the earth and respectfully acknowledge the Worimi people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work. I’m deeply grateful for this abundant country that nourishes and supports, and for the privilege of continuing a long tradition of healing and service through the work I do.
