SHIPPING

Every order is lovingly handcrafted by myself at my home in Forster, New South Wales. I source 100% Australian herbal medicine, essential oils and nutritional supplements from the highest quality sources and use organic raw materials wherever possible. The Naturopath products are lovingly handmade in small batches and eco-responsibly wrapped using packaging made from recycled materials.

We endeavour to send your package within 48 hours of purchase during weekdays. Orders received on the weekend and before 12pm on Monday are despatched Monday afternoon.

All domestic and international packages are sent via Australia Post. If you wish for a faster delivery, you have the option to upgrade to Express shipping for $20 (Australia only). As Australia Post consider us a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 days for shipping.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your goodies are on their way. For international orders, please check the customs regulations in your country to ensure your package can be delivered and for information on customs and duties charges which are the responsibilty of the receiver.

RETURNS

Please let us know if your order has been received and is damaged, or you believe it to be faulty in any way. Email us at saimaa@thenaturopath.com.au with a picture of the item and your order details and we will get in touch with a resolution ASAP. We may ask you to return your item/s for a full refund, providing it is unused with seal unbroken and in its original packaging.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch as we may be able to offer credit or a replacement item depending on your complaint. However, we do not offer compensation due to unpalatability.

N.B Please also note that consultation and supplements costs are no longer claimable with private health insurance in Australia.
