The 3-night VIP retreat takes place at Kookie Hill Retreat located at Pacific Palms, 3.5 hours north of Sydney, and 30 minutes from Forster on mid-North coast NSW. 

Your primary retreat facilitator is Saimaa Miller, sought-after naturopath, performance coach and author of Aussie Body Diet with over twenty years of clinical experience treating people from all walks of life from celebrities and sportspeople to the layperson wishing to transform their health, and choosing to embark on her naturopathic programs with life-changing results.

What’s Included:

• 3-night luxurious accommodation in a private room with ensuite bathroom
• Naturopathic assessment on arrival and departure
• Customised cleanse (plant-based and/or liquids) based on individual’s health requirements
• Welcome pack (incl. neti pot, skin brush, tongue scraper, detox body oil, parasite cleanse tonic, journal and pen, magnesium bath soak, candle, Ayurvedic cleansing tea)

• Complimentary pick up and drop off from Newcastle (Port Stephens) airport or Broadmeadow train station.
• N.B Please arrive by 12pm Monday. Departure is 12pm Thursday.

Please fill in retreat onboarding questionnaire with your payment and we will be in touch to organise a 20-minute discovery session with Saimaa - for a health/suitability check, and to personalise your retreat in terms of type of cleanse, dietary requirements, training and body work schedule - so you receive the most beneficial healing during your time with us.
